The Role

Spa Receptionist & Attendant hosts and fosters an atmosphere of calm and relaxation while promoting wellbeing. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling spa treatments/resort activities, guest registration, processing payments, making product/treatment recommendations and maintaining a clean and fully stocked spa. This role cares for guests throughout the duration of their spa visit and serves as the final point of contact. Housekeeping and Food/Beverage Service are essential functions of this role, within the spa and outside pool. Guest’s privacy and discretion are of importance within this position.

Spa Receptionist & Attendant must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
