The Le Richelieu & Spa hotel in La Flotte en Ré is recruiting its Spa manager as part of the development of its activity.

Under the responsibility of the establishment management, you organize the operation of the spa and manage it as a real profit center.

Your main missions:

Manage, train and develop the team. You are the guarantor of cohesion and development of employees.

Develop turnover for care and products. You represent the brand image of the spa and the hotel.
