We are seeking three Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join the Specialist Rehabilitation Service at Woodend Hospital. Our service provides specialist care and rehabilitation for individuals recovering from life‑altering conditions or injuries. The inpatient units include stroke, neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation, as well as vascular amputee and some elderly rehabilitation beds.

Qualifications

• Master’s level education in Advanced Practice with competency at that level.
• Proven ability to independently assess, diagnose, treat and prescribe for patients with complex, multi‑dimensional needs.
• Applicants who do not fully meet the essential criteria may be considered for a trainee ANP role provided they demonstrate the ability to complete the postgraduate diploma and achieve full qualification to remain in post.
