The Role Summary

The Sous Chef assists the Head Chef in managing the kitchen of a game reserve lodge, ensuring high-quality meals are prepared for guests and staff while maintaining hygiene, stock control, and efficient kitchen operations in a remote environment.

  • Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and menu planning
