Are you a passionate Sous Chef looking to take the next step in your career with one of London's most acclaimed dining destinations?
We're working with an exceptional Michelin-starred restaurant that has established itself as one of London's leading culinary destinations. Serving elegant, high-end à la carte dishes alongside an acclaimed tasting menu, the restaurant operates across breakfast, lunch and dinner services seven days a week.
You'll be joining a brigade of over 60 chefs from a wide range of culinary backgrounds and cultures, supporting a busy operation that serves up to 250 breakfast covers, 100 lunch covers and 150 dinner covers daily, as well as seven private dining rooms catering for intimate events and special occasions.
