Requirements:

  • Ability to assume responsibility for kitchen in absence of Executive Chef
  • Ensure all menu items are executed properly, by working the line, expo and/or directing the team
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Strong passion for culinary excellence
  • Proven ability to develop and lead a team
  • Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
