The Aquatopia Sous Chef is a leadership role. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Aquatopia Executive Chef to provide leadership in all aspects of food & beverage services including smooth running of the kitchen, maintaining product quality, overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, food costing & budgeting, wedding & event catering production, health & safety, and recruitment, retention & development of kitchen employees.
The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in designing, coordinating, creating and executing all food & beverage elements for every Aquatopia event, ensuring that every event is a success by delivering a high level of quality & service and exceeding client expectations.
