Moëca is looking for a SOUS CHEF to join their talented kitchen team.

This role is best suited to an experienced line cook who is looking for an opportunity to learn and grow as a kitchen manager. You’ll be responsible for prepping and working a station while upholding ambitious culinary standards in a busy and fast paced environment. Depending on experience and ability, you may also have responsibilities related to menu development and execution, expediting, kitchen operations (ordering, receiving, scheduling, etc.) and interacting with the FOH team during educational pre-shift meetings.
