About the Role:
These positions will report to our Head Chef/ Manager/Owner, the duties and responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, the following:
Menu planning within the company budget, based on client demand and market
requirements in liaison with the Head Chef and management.
Daily food production of approved menu supervision and participation
Ordering and managing food supply, food portion control, waste management, and
stock procurement are all responsibilities (receipt and storage)
