Role summary

Responsible for managing the procurement, negotiation, renewal, and governance of enterprise IT and Security SaaS across the organization. Acts as the commercial DRI for the DoorDash Group Security unit, while also overseeing the broader IT SaaS portfolio. Leads vendor commercial discussions to secure competitive pricing, strong contractual terms, and sustainable licensing structures, while balancing stakeholder needs, legal and privacy requirements, and internal budget constraints.

The role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, including how vendors structure pricing and packaging, as well as awareness of market trends, category best practices, and commercial levers that can be used to drive value.
