What will I be doing

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating Section 106 and other planning agreements for housebuilders, registered providers, landowners and local authorities, including advising major national clients.
• Advising on a broad range of planning law matters, including planning strategy and tactics, and interpreting planning permissions and conditions,.
