Do you want to improve lives, communities and society? Are you a charity governance lawyer? Are you looking to work in a firm with its charity work at its heart?
You will provide high-quality advice to charity clients, managing matters from instruction to completion. Based in either our Manchester or Birmingham office you will work within the Charities Governance team, managing your own caseload and working on larger projects as part of a team. Work will range from regulatory advice involving the Charity Commission to redrafting governing documents, mergers, supervising charity registration work and setting up trading subsidiaries.
