Job Summary:
To manage and perform soldering of surface mount components on PC boards, work under a microscope on electronic assemblies in an ESD protected area, solder electrical connections, wire lead preparation, minor assembly and inspection in a timely, high quality manner.
                                                                                                   
Primary Responsibilities:

+ Ability to solder electrical connections in accordance with process standard J-STD-001(Soldered electrical and electronic assemblies), IPC-A-610(Visually inspecting PCBAs) & IPC/WHMA-A-620(Cable and Wire harness Assemblies)

+ Ability to read, understand and follow detail drawing and work instruction

+ Working knowledge of various soldering allows, fluxes and cleaning materials and procedures

+ Demonstrated written, verbal and interpersonal skills and basic reading, writing and math gained through a high school education.
