**Job Title: Solderer**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on precision hand soldering of through-hole electronic components, wires, and connectors on printed circuit boards and assemblies during the 2nd shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.). You will follow detailed work instructions and industry standards to build, inspect, and rework high-reliability electronic products in a clean, ESD-controlled manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform precision hand soldering of through-hole electronic components in accordance with Method E standards.
+ Solder wires, leads, and connectors to printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.
+ Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate builds.
+ Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality, reliability, and compliance with IPC standards.
