**Conformal Coating & Soldering Technician – Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **Conformal Coating & Soldering Technician** to apply protective coatings to printed circuit boards (PCBs), perform precision soldering, and support electronic assembly processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, steady hands, and experience working with masking, coating materials, soldering tools, and inspection methods.

+ **Apply conformal coatings** to PCBs using spray, dip, or selective‑coating equipment
+ **Mask components** to protect connectors, keep‑outs, and sensitive areas
+ **Inspect coated boards** for coverage, thickness, bubbles, and defects
+ Operate UV inspection equipment to verify coating quality
+ Perform coating **touch‑up, rework, and removal** when needed
