The Solar PV O&M Engineer is responsible for the operation maintenance and performance optimization of grid-tied commercial and industrial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems across Dubai and the wider UAE. The role ensures maximum uptime energy yield and safety compliance of all installed PV assets under the companys O&M portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Maintenance

• Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance activities for rooftop, ground‑mounted and carport PV installations.
• Monitor plant performance using SCADA or remote monitoring platforms and identify underperformance or faults.
• Conduct troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and rectification of inverters, string combiner boxes, protection systems and communication networks.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance works with minimal system downtime.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement for maintenance needs.
