Solar PV Electrician
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Renewables Electrician to work on renewable energy installations across Southampton.
The Renewables Electrician will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.
Hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities of the Solar PV Electrician:
Install, test, and commission domestic/commercial solar PV systems
Diagnose and repair faults in DC/AC circuits, inverters, and isolators
Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
Use monitoring systems and apps to track performance
Ensure compliance with H&S, RAMS, and building regulations
About You as the Solar PV Electrician:
ECS Gold Card (including 18th edition)
