Role Responsibilities: Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test suites covering functional, regression, exploratory and performance testing. Lead system integration testing with other system owners to validate cross-system interactions. Take risk-based approach to test automation, prioritizing critical functionality for maximum impact. Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks. Manage defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution to ensure seamless delivery. Collaborate with product owners and business analyst to define clear and actionable user story accepatnce criteria. Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards. Take on a secondary role as an application performance engineer or application security engineer to expand testing coverage beyond functional aspects.
