            Responsibilities:  
Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver client-facing software and document management solutions 
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met  
Act as the technical bridge between clients, stakeholders, and development teams  
Drive quality through code oversight, best practices, and performance standards 
Manage workload allocation, team performance, and delivery reporting to senior stakeholders  
Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve technical challenges  
Support post-delivery processes including maintenance, SLAs, and continuous improvement  
Requirements:  
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
