We are seeking a Software Governance & Quality Specialist to define and drive initiatives to improve software quality in collaboration with the R&D product lines. In this role, you will ensure that product quality specifications align with corporate and customer standards, while shaping end to end software quality governance and development standards to enable world class engineering practices. You will work independently with limited supervision, coach software development teams, and solve complex problems that impact multiple product lines. This is a full‑time position based in Krakow, Poland , with the mission to ensure software quality throughout the entire development lifecycle – from requirements and design, through implementation, verification, and validation.
