What you'll be doing
Working as a part of a broader trading platform development team, you will: Design, build and maintain a highly performant, highly available adaptive trading platform providing access to a broad range of CeFi, DeFi and OTC liquidity sources. Use software development methodologies to implement and extend order management, compliance, exchange connectivity, market data, and routing functionality. Design and implement our next-generation real-time trading platform. Manage and support the operation of our global trading system, troubleshooting and debugging issues. Work closely with traders and the business development department to implement new ideas swiftly. Mentor less experienced team members, act as a role model and support their professional growth.
