Your role

As a Software Engineer on the Integrations team, you will primarily contribute to the development of Dialpad’s key native integrations, enabling real‑time automations and data transfers between Dialpad and complementary systems. This includes integrations with Agentic AI, CRMs, ticketing systems, workforce management platforms, and industry‑specific verticals such as Recruiting, Retail, and Healthcare. You will work closely with engineering teammates, product leaders, business stakeholders, Dialpad customers, and external partners. The role emphasizes Agentic AI-compatible integrations and reports to the Engineering Manager. The position can be based in the Buenos Aires office.
