Job Summary

This position is primarily responsible for acting as the Technical Manager for the Netcracker Development team and enhancing the relationship with the client and other vendors.

Responsibilities

• Technical Lead for Development Team.
• Escalation point of contact for Netcracker Technical management teams.
• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and usher them through the entire lifecycle.
• Develop tools and ensure processes are followed to secure code quality and improve productivity.
• Ensure cross communication between our Engineering team.
• Ensure the standard processes are followed between programs.
• Ensures that roadmap discussions are held between the customer and NC to ensure performance & scalability of the solution.
• Participates in code and design reviews.
• Provide technical design and/or understanding of the work being delivered.
