About the role
Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) is responsible for the design, maintenance and implementation of ASB's Financial Crime Compliance Programmes. FCC at ASB considers the Financial Crime impacts on our customers and avails tooling that can be created to protect them.
This is a senior individual contributor role (Level 4) that blends deep technical expertise with solution architecture, platform ownership, and cross‑squad collaboration. You will work closely with engineers, product owners, and architects to design scalable, secure, and reliable systems. Whether you are building SDKs, maintaining event brokers, or mentoring engineers, your work will directly influence the quality and resilience of our technology stack.
