Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Lead the S&OE process within the plant and follow up on execution of identified actions for their responsible product lines.
- Execute the rolling three-month MPS for Manufacturing approved by the Swiss EMI supply chain planning team.
- Provide on-site support for issue resolution/escalation to ensure end customer needs are met.
- Track key plant metrics for EMI / IPD product lines: Production plan attainment, Shipment adherence release lead time among other critical metrics.Develop a report out to ensure visibility of gaps to targets and work with the plant to develop gap closure plan.
- Track production performance daily and make decisions where needed to provide plant direction to avoid line downtime while ensuring the long-term plan adherence is met.
