Principal Responsibilities:
+ Perform comprehensive social work assessments and interventions for inpatients and Emergency Department patients.
+ Develop and implement measurable, realistic plans to improve social service delivery.
+ Conduct psychosocial assessments and reassessments for all patient populations, including pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general patient populations.
+ Recognize and respond to psychosocial needs of patients and their families, offering crisis intervention and short-term counseling when necessary.
