Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver case management and counselling services to clients
Offer information and referral services to clients as needed
Conduct intake assessments and risk evaluations for cases
Plan, design, and organize programs tailored to meet the specific needs of clients
Provide group work services to support clients' development
Lead community outreach initiatives and organize community development activities
Establish and maintain networks with other organizations to mobilize resources for client support
