Job Responsibilities

  Work within the 0–19 Early Help Team to support families and strengthen intervention plans without the need for statutory involvement.

  Provide practical, restorative support to families, helping them make sustainable positive changes.

  Build strong, professional relationships with children, families, and partner agencies.

  Offer both support and constructive challenge to families and team members where appropriate.
