Job Purpose You shall be responsible for family/individual counselling, group work, assessment and recommendations for financial assistance and case management. Conduct casework and manage case consultations.
Key Responsibilities Individuals and Families - Assess, plan and provide intervention for students and their families, in partnership with other professionals and school/ centre personnel when required.
- Provide timely progress and termination reports in accordance to the Case Management Review procedures where applicable.
Group Work, Therapy / Training - Provide training for caregivers and teachers in supporting students and families
- Conduct group work programmes for students in supporting their emotional development and growth
Financial Assessment and Assistance - Conduct professional assessment (information gathering, home visits) and recommend / apply for subsidies...
