What will your responsibilities be?
Carer Assessment & Approval: Conduct thorough assessments of prospective Shared Lives carers, evaluating their suitability, home environment, and capacity to provide safe, person-centred support.Flexible Engagement & Home Visits: Arrange and carry out home visits – including occasional evenings – to build rapport with applicants and gather detailed information to inform the approval process.Documentation & Panel Preparation: Compile comprehensive assessment reports and present findings to the Shared Lives approval panel, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and scheme standards.
