Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker for its Adult Disabilities Team to join their esteemed client. The position is for a Social Worker to become a part of the Adult Disabilities Team. This role involves working within a small, dynamic team dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities. The primary focus is to ensure that these individuals receive the necessary care and support to lead fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities:
Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload, prioritizing cases based on urgency and need, and ensuring timely interventions and support for adults with disabilities.

Safeguarding: Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns, conducting investigations and implementing protection plans to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults with disabilities.
