Summary The Social Work Program Coordinator (Geriatric Evaluation and Medicine [GEM]) is assigned to the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) as the Program Coordinator for the GEM outpatient clinic located in Kerrville. The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning, developing, implementing, and evaluation of the clinic program. The incumbent provides psychosocial services to geriatric Veterans in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities Duties may include but are not limited to: The incumbent utilizes program coordination skills to develop and monitor administrative and clinical treatment plans for GEM Veterans. The incumbent oversees daily operations of the program and provides reports and metrics to facility, VISN and VACO as requested.
