Responsibilities

• Maintain and curate company’s social media page (on Facebook) and create content for global career channels including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking and audience identification.
• Develop location-specific templates and candidate messaging.
• Assist with coordinating responses to messages from local candidates on social media.
• Help with crisis management, responding to bad reviews, and negative news communications.
• Generate, edit, publish, and share content regularly (could be text, image, video, audio or HTML-based).
• Create meaningful connections with our social followers through dialogue and messaging.
• Build internal relationships with relevant stakeholders to provide multiple sources of ongoing content.
