Social Lead / Social Media & Community Manager
Earned Media Productions (EMP) is looking for someone who can turn podcasts into growth engines and build engaged communities around them. This role sits at the intersection of content distribution, social strategy, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Distribution & Posting: Own daily posting across all social platforms (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, etc.). Manage scheduling, captions, hashtags, and formatting per platform to ensure consistent, high-volume output of podcast clips.
- Podcast Clip Strategy: Turn long‑form podcast episodes into a structured content distribution plan. Decide what clips get posted, when, and where. Collaborate with editors to guide clip selection and packaging (hooks, titles, formats).
