Thorough knowledge, familiarity and interest in social media. 
Previous experience creating content for TikTok and YouTube is a plus. 
A proactive nature coupled with meticulous eye‑for‑detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is curated to perfection. 
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders. 
Strong organisational and time‑management skills, effectively leading and inspiring the team to new heights. 
Skills in improving customer satisfaction and driving profitability, showcasing a commitment to industry‑leading standards.
