Role Overview

Join the Adult Social Care team within the Social Care group, working across five boroughs to provide expert legal advice on adult social care, mental health and Court of Protection matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a variety of adult social care and mental health matters.
• Manage and prioritise your own caseload of Court of Protection cases.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a high‑pressure, flexible, and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of legislation relating to adult social care and mental health.
• Experience in managing Court of Protection matters is desirable.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work collaboratively within a public sector setting.
