Partners with HR specialists and work with business / functional unit management on the business/ functional unit’s HR related strategies and plans such as unit restructuring, organization design, manpower planning and succession planning
Proactively analyses HR related trends and metrics of the business/ functional unit in partnership with the HR specialists to develop and deliver solutions, programs and policies.
