Non-litigious corporate and commercial law. Pure commercial law experience (litigation experience will NOT be an advantage).

Experience:

Senior Commercial Attorney: +- 6 years post article experience
Knowledge on M&A's very important

Qualifications and Requirements:

LLB and BCom (finance) degrees
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous

Strong contract drafting skills

Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.)

Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous

Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.)
