We’re looking for a Billing Specialist who can audit claims with precision and talk to families with heart—because every dollar collected directly supports our residents and our team.
What you’ll do:

• Audit and submit Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO claims
• Assist patients and families with billing questions—on the phone and in person
• Proactively manage delinquent accounts and set up reasonable payment plans
• Prepare accounts for collections when necessary, always with dignity and respect

What you bring:
