**Job Description**

This role operates and maintains surface mount technology (SMT) equipment on a swing shift to support high-quality electronic assembly production. You will set up and run SMT machines, monitor board quality, and complete documentation while working in a clean, organized, and team-oriented manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate SMT equipment including Juki Pick & Place machines, reflow ovens, automated optical inspection (AOI) systems, and wash machines to produce electronic assemblies.
+ Set up and tear down SMT machines according to detailed work instructions and setup sheets.
+ Load feeders with electronic components in accordance with setup documentation and verify that the correct components are used.
