Job Description
Understand and preserve the current organizational culture, ensuring it is reflected in all business interactions.
Ideate, design, and implement key Business Partner (BP) initiatives & activities at the Business Unit level.
Conduct regular employee connect sessions to capture the organizational pulse and share insights with leadership, taking appropriate action when needed.
