Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP)
Position Summary The Speech‑Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders across pediatric and adult populations. This role delivers high‑quality, evidence‑based services; collaborates with interdisciplinary teams; provides education to families and caregivers; and ensures all documentation and billing meet regulatory and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive screenings and evaluations in accordance with physician orders or Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans or IEPs aligned with patient/student and family goals.
Provide therapeutic interventions to restore, improve, or maintain communication, cognitive, and swallowing function.
