SLEEP TECH Chicago ENT's Sleep Technologists work closely with our Sleep Medicine Director to conduct overnight, daytime, or home sleep studies on patients with known or suspected sleep disorders. This will involve diagnostic and therapeutic services in conjunction with patient care and education. This role will report to the Lead Sleep Tech and will be at our Skokie, Peterson and St. Elizabeth locations.
WAGE of a Sleep Technologist $25-$35hr, depending on experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES of a Sleep Technologist - Prepare and calibrate equipment required for testing.
- Determine that all instrumentation is functioning and adjust if necessary.
- Apply electrodes and sensors according to accepted published standard.
- Perform appropriate physiologic calibrations to ensure proper signals and make adjustments if necessary.
