Job Title: Sleep & Respiratory Care Leader, APAC

Leads the quarterly zone/country Board meeting, overseeing the allocation of statutory and legal responsibilities to cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and People representatives, ensuring cohesive and compliant collaboration across the organization. Leads the monthly Zone Leadership Team (ZLT) meeting, ensures effective decision-making across all business units, executes key initiatives and maintains a focus on organizational goals and performance metrics. Serves as the primary Point of Contact for Enabling Functions, coordinating and aligning initiatives with local and market function leads to ensure seamless integration and execution of cross-functional strategies across the organization.
