Main Outputs and Responsibilities Implement and track the training pathways for baristas, until certification. Ensures the integrity of all record keeping is accurate, current, uploaded and accessible. Checks on the accuracy of the POE. Assess and conduct practical assessments with the learners and sign off competencies. Assess baristas and Restaurant Management. Track and ensure certification is achieved within the timelines as per the training pathways. Conduct on the job training with baristas, Restaurant managers and Area managers. Maintains brand standards via Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
