Qualifications:

-Must be willing to stay-in work set-up and residing from provinces (Bataan, Batangas, Pangasinan, Zambales, Visayas and Mindanao)

-Vocational / Technical course in Automotive, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Technology

-TESDA certification (e.g., Heavy Equipment Servicing NC II/III) is an advantage

-Minimum 2–5 years experience as a heavy equipment mechanic

-Must have driver's license and willing to transport heavy equipment for overhauling

-Knowledgeable in hydraulic systems, electrical systems and hydraulics

-Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics

-Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

-Physically fit and able to work in demanding weather conditions

-Willing to work on-site or extended hours

-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

-Good communication and teamwork
