We are seeking an experienced, practical Site Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day operations at our small-scale quarry and concrete production facility in Waipukurau.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing quarry extraction, aggregate crushing and sales, and concrete batching, dispatch, and scheduling. You will lead a small operational team and play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer‑focused operations.
