**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Oversee daily ready-mix plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production
+ Lead and support plant staff to achieve operational and quality goals
+ Monitor concrete quality, inventory levels, and equipment performance
+ Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and customer service needs
+ Maintain compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
