Location: Finland – Helsinki (construction site for Data Centers)

Traveling: 50% in EMEA region

This is only permament role. We are not looking for contractors now.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate daily on-site activities (Eaton teams & subcontractors)
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards
• Act as the on-site representative of the Project Manager
• Lead site meetings focused on planning, safety, and coordination
• Monitor progress, resources, and performance
• Provide regular updates and highlight risks
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
• Identify and document additional work or scope changes

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in installation & commissioning
• Experience managing electrical works on construction sites (medium to large scale)
