The Role
Stellar Recruitment is partnered with a specialist civil and renewable energy contractor delivering solar farm construction across New Zealand. We're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor who's ready to close out an active project in the Bay of Plenty before stepping into a brand-new solar farm build in Whangarei.

This is a role for someone who's comfortable with both the grind of a finishing project and the energy of starting something from the ground up. You'll report to the Civil & Electrical Manager, lead crews on the ground, and keep civil works moving to spec, safely, and on programme.

Location flexibility is key. You'll need to be comfortable moving between the Bay of Plenty and Northland as the project transitions.
